Well, I went camping and decided it was not a good idea to take Andy.\u00a0 Boy, am I glad! There was a big anthill not far from our camp site.\u00a0 My friend, Fred, doesn\u2019t like insects at all.\u00a0 He freaked out and made a real mess of the anthill.\u00a0 Ants went crazy, and some of them got into Fred\u2019s socks and bit him.\u00a0 I\u2019m sure glad Andy didn\u2019t have to witness this!\u00a0 It would have stressed him out!<\/p>\n
The camping trip was really great.\u00a0 Dad and I spent a lot of time together doing stuff we like to do. \u00a0\u00a0We hiked, swam in the lake (but it was cold), and at night ate s\u2019mores that we made over the campfire.\u00a0 There was a good speaker that told stories and applied the stories to us kids.\u00a0 For once someone talked to us as kids and not as adults.\u00a0 After breakfast, he told us about how God is interested in the big things and the tiny things.\u00a0\u00a0 I thought of Andy!\u00a0\u00a0 I\u2019m going to tell Andy all about what Dad and I did together, but not about what Fred did to the anthill.<\/p>\n
